A service of the National Institutes of Health, is a registry of federally and privately supported clinical trials conducted in the United States and around the world. The registry gives users information about a trial's purpose, who may participate, locations, contact information, and additional links to other relevant health information resources.
The International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations (IFPMA) Clinical Trials Portal provides a single access point that allows users to search for comprehensive information about ongoing clinical trials or results of completed trials conducted by the innovative pharmaceutical industry. IFPMA is a global non-governmental organizationrepresenting the research-based pharmaceutical, biotech, and vaccine sectors. Its members comprise 25 leading international companies and 44 national and regional industry associations covering developed and developing countries.  
The Clinical Trials Listing Service Web site by CenterWatch, a Boston-based publishing and information services company, provides an extensive list of clinical trials being conducted internationally and lists promising therapies newly approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). is a central, widely accessible, Web-based repository for clinical study results. This database makes clinical study results for U.S.-marketed pharmaceuticals available for practicing physicians, patients, and others for informational purposes. Users can search for clinical study results by pharmaceutical company name, indication, condition, or drug name.
